Standard arrival is from 3pm and departure at 12 Noon. These times are flexible by arrangement.
All linen, towels are provided and cleaning charges are included.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, Cash and prefer electronic transfers.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm a reservation we require 50% of the total amount with the balance payable on arrival.
In the event of cancellation of a Holiday House booking the following charges may apply:
-Within 60 days of arrival date 50% of total amount and
--Within 14 days and non-arrivals 100% of total amount

Please note, Piha Valley Lodge is not suitable as a venue for weddings and large parties.
