Our Terms of Rental are flexible to suit your requirements;

Weekly rates $3000 - $3700*
Nightly rates $450 - $950*

* Rates are seasonal and may be subject to change without notice
* Prices exclude GST

Standard arrival time is after 3pm and departure at 12 noon although these times are flexible by arrangement.

All linen and cleaning is included.

Some popular workshop rentals are:

• Two day and one night accommodation $1450
• Two day two nights accommodation $2200

HOLIDAY HOUSE DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS
To confirm a reservation we require 50% of the total amount with the balance payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of a Holiday House booking the following charges may apply at the discretion of management:
-Within 60 days of arrival date 50% of total amount and
--Within 14 days and non-arrivals 100% of total amount
